THE POSITION:

We’re looking for early-career product designers to join our UX & Design team, to work on our Media Products team that oversees content experiences and discovery from our websites, apps, including the newly launched streaming platform, FanDuel TV+. 

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

• Join a growing UX & Design team, working on innovative new features and building upon the existing experiences that our customers love.
• You have a foundational understanding of UX principles, and some experience having worked on UX projects before, ideally both web and native apps.
• Help by contributing to projects by completing tasks assigned to you.
• Bring a learning and growth mindset and be able to adapt work with a larger design team and established processes.
• Participate, observe and contribute to meetings with your domain, project team, and/or vertical stakeholders.
• Have a very close coaching relationship with a more senior member of the team on design and behavioral skills.
• Put our users to the forefront of all design decisions and attend user research sessions.

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

• A keen individual who has the foundations of UX and is looking to grow as a Product Designer.
• You understand visual hierarchy, layout and information architecture and have some UX Design experience by having completed UX projects in the past.
• Someone who can learn to make choices based on the platforms you will have access to. These decisions will all be made within the existing established patterns for both Web and native platforms.
• You are able to communicate reasoning behind your design decisions, learn about presenting skills, and start to put them into practice.
• You enjoy collaborating with others and are open to receiving constructive feedback.
