JOB TITLE: Associate Product Developer

JOB DUTIES: Working with a team of Mainframe Developers to develop and build software tools to increase mainframe efficiencies. Designing, developing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and supporting programs for large-scale or high-volume transactions. Preparing program specifications and diagrams and develop logic flowcharts. Developing products primarily in IBM Assembler, in addition to COBOL, PL/1, CICS, and DB2. Incorporating business, technical, and program requirements into mainframe. Assisting in the creation and general system design and technical specifications for new/replacement systems. Applying coding and analytical skills in all phases of the system lifecycle. Supplying time estimates related to programming efforts. Developing application program logic from customer-defined specifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in software development. 2 years of experience to include: Product Development in Mainframe Assembler programming language; Development of IBM Z/OS and sub-systems, JES, MVS, or JCL; Software Development Lifecycles: Waterfall or Agile (Scrum or Kanban); 1 year of experience to include: Product Development in IBM 'C or C++' programming language.

40 hours/week; No travel required.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $78,480 - $101,750
