Who We Are:

Associate Product Development Manager

Reformation is seeking an Associate Product Development Manager to coordinate various aspects of pre production management. This position will be responsible for tracking and organizing deliverables needed for pre production. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and proactive with an interest in sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Product Development, Technical Design, Production, QC and DC teams and support the Supply Chain across all product categories
• Manage & maintain accurate daily WIPs in Pre-Production; keep accurate records and files in our corporate system of send-outs, costs, TOP approvals, fit releases, inventory, POs and delivery dates
• Create, maintain and tackle Factory Purchase Orders
• Own the hand-off among PD to Production
• Communicate and follow up with vendors and factories on a daily basis
• Track garment deliveries and troubleshoot issues to maintain on time shipping
• Coordinate logistics and import traffic with factories & DC team
• ERP + Quickbase updates and data entry
• Archive Sample Room and maintaining bulk fabric library

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a team as well as work independently
• Interact with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Design and Product Development
• 3-5 years of production experience, import production preferred
• Proficient in G-Suite & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and incredible attention to detail
