WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We're looking for a Global Footwear (Soccer) Associate Product Line Manager.

This person will be a leader within our product creation team and will bring a positive attitude, an ability to bring people together, and someone who can work with various groups across the organization to help move the team and the product forward.

The ideal candidate will be able to listen to the voice of the Athlete* to bring sharp, tangible insights to the team as they work across various Footwear projects at many different levels of product creation. Sometimes leading specific projects and at other times supporting.

Additionally, they will exemplify strong cross functional collaboration skills, as well as a keen attention to deadlines and deliverables ensuring the team stays in sync and on time. This person will be curious, creative and someone who can take initiative to solve problems and find solutions. Lastly, the ideal candidate is comfortable pushing boundaries, and taking calculated risks as we continue to push the Football Footwear market forward in service of our Athletes*.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
This individual will be responsible for managing some new Footwear creation projects, supporting the Product Management team in a variety of different ways and working close with our Athletes* and consumers (virtually and in person) to unearth the voice of the athlete to our team.

Global Football Footwear creates product for Mens, Womens, Kids and all ability levels which equates to a large spectrum of Athletes. On top of that there are numerous projects in flight at any given time resulting no two days every being the same.

As we push to create the next best Footwear for our Athletes, this candidate will need to successfully lead collaborative team sessions to help bring product visions to life. At the same time you will also need to support other teammates as they do the same, often partnering to help different projects progress forward during the stages of product creation.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:
You'll be responsible for collaborating with Design, Development, Materials, Merchandising, Product Testing and Brand Marketing to create compelling product and experiences. You'll also partner with the Geo teams across the Globe to make sure they have all the tools necessary to drive the product and stories forward in their markets for the most popular sport in the world.

WHAT YOU BRING:
  • Requires Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant education and experience and training
  • 2 years of relevant experience in product-related role
  • Team ahead of self
  • Creativity, curiosity, and strong passion for product & consumer
  • A passion for sport. Global Football (soccer) passion a plus.
  • Self-Starter, Problem solver
  • Proficient information-seeking skills and a drive for results
  • Exceptional attention to details and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • An ability to foster and maintain relationships with Product Creation teams, Global merchants, Digital, Brand team and other key partners
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
  • Travel up to 15%, domestically and internationally
