Position Overview

Do you have ecommerce and retention expertise? Are you passionate about working cross-functionally to enable and optimize ecommerce experiences and capabilities globally? If this sounds like you, read on!

In this role, you'll play a critical role in executing against Autodesk's ecommerce strategy working closely with other product managers, engineering, UX and business teams. You'll be able to use your ecommerce experience to help our global customers transact directly with Autodesk. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Autodesk's key strategic initiatives and continue supporting the steep growth of this channel.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand Autodesk's eCommerce mission and strategies, help clarify business priorities for the cross-functional team, set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
• Relentlessly drive for continual product improvements and deliver results that exceed quality expectations
• Integrate usability studies, customer feedback, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customers satisfaction
• Work closely with Senior product managers, user experience and engineering teams to refine, test and build experiences
• Define, monitor and analyze metrics for launched product functionalities and feed learnings back into product development process
• Develop product roadmap. Prioritize features (and re-prioritize) against roadmap

Minimum Qualifications

• You have 1+ years building ecommerce experiences in a product management or program management role
• You are able to work directly with engineers on detailed requirements and prioritization decisions while also communicating with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on product features
• You thrive to understand the needs of your customers, prioritize, continuously building and iterating
• You are flexible in the face of obstacles and able to solve complex problems creatively
• You have the confidence to dive in and learn new solutions and processes without a lot of assistance
• You are able to cope with a fast-paced, changing environment
• You have demonstrated the ability to build best in class platform products at scale

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant years of experience
