Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Data and AI invites applications for the role of Associate Product Manager to join our Kochi (India) team. In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside Senior Product Managers shaping the future of AI technology through hands-on involvement in the lifecycle and roadmap of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Product Managers in a product’s day-to-day and strategic management.
• Help define and execute product strategy.
• Assist in Go to Market activities
• Bring products to life through the entire product lifecycle.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap.
• Identify and address customer needs.
• Track product performance and metrics.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science Engineering Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• up to 5 years of experience in product management preferably in the data and AI space.
• Understanding of product roadmaps end-to-end lifecycles release cadence and support.
• Experience in customer-driven usability and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
• A deep passion for innovation and creating data-backed solutions.
• Good understanding of Enterprise Database Technologies
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Familiarity with data platforms AI solutions and enterprise software.
• Experience in product management preferably in the data and AI space.
• Experience in Database Management Systems
• Knowledge of IBM Z marketplace and customers
• Master in computer science Master in Technology or Master in Business
