  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and operations team, creating and maintaining feature backlog of infrastructure enhancements and production fixes
  • Work closely with stakeholders and coordinate with operations teams to restore service while minimizing harm
  • Participate in envisioning sessions to understand platform growth, formulating and delivering solutions to ensure platform scalability to meet volume targets
  • Communicate system interruptions and maintain relationships with external teams during periods of system outages
  • Translate business requirements into units of work to be accomplished by operations and development teams

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical project or product management with background of SRE/DevOps, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, network routing and architecture, high availability engineering etc.
  • A desire to continuously learn about internal systems and new technologies to be able to understand and suggest enhancement to current and planned system expansion
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills with ability to translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, being able to communicate at a technical or summary level depending on target audience
  • An ability to facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders with peer, architects, business stakeholders, and engineers
  • Knows agile best practices and executes them to move the product forward in a fast-paced product development environment.
  • Excellent digital collaboration skills, being able to work across multiple geographic regions and time zones using various internet-based tools
  • Skilled collaborator, and influencer with ability to challenge the status quo from within.
  • Work closely with stakeholders (such as engineering & product community, production support, business development
  • Knowledge of financial services or credit card processing is desirable
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent work experience in a software of financial industry

Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
