Associate Product Manager

The Role 

We are looking for a talented Product Analyst to join the Farther team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for activities which scale the capabilities of the Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

Your Impact 

• User Segmentation: We're growing fast, so you'll segment our diverse users and ensure features align with their needs. This data will guide our roadmap, success metrics, and marketing strategy.
• Competitive Research: Stay on top of competitor offerings and document trends in the WealthTech industry.
• Product Analytics: Partner with our analysts to track feature usage and measure success across different user types. This data helps evaluate feature performance and inform user segmentation.
• Product Discovery: Lead discovery meetings with advisors, clients, and internal teams to understand their workflows and pain points, ensuring we build what matters most.
• Product Marketing: Work with Marketing to develop product insights for communications, ads, and go-to-market plans.
• Product Training: Team up with Learning & Development to train stakeholders on our product while gathering feedback on pain points.
• Bug Triaging: Review weekly bug reports, identify patterns, and route issues to engineering teams. You'll also scope and deliver solutions when needed.

The Ideal Match 

• 2+ years of experience in Wealth Management and/or Fintech industries
• Proven ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A desire to grow within the organization, into a Product Management role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred
• Experience with financial data and metrics is preferred
