TheProduct Manager role will be managing an assigned Commercial HVAC product line in the development of marketing programs to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives.

This role will be responsible for managing Daikin's Air-Cooled Scroll and Screw Compressor Chillers.

This role can sit in either Plymouth, MN or Staunton, VA

A Day in the Life:

• Coordinates distribution efforts to effectively introduce new products
• Recommends modifications of assigned product(s)
• Coordinates departmental activities with other departments, such as engineering and manufacturing to ensure synergy in objectives.
• Communicates with the Rep. office's Product Groups and Regional Sales Managers
• Keeps current on product and component technology improvements and industry trends to effectively perform functions of the position.
• Coordinates design activities with those of other divisions
• Conducts investigations directed toward standardization of product parts or components. Investigates and approves use of substitute parts or materials.
• Recommends and establishes part substitution for obsolete inventory

What you will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering field (MBA Preferred)
• 5+ years' experience related experience (Commercial HVAC)
• Ability to travel up to 20%
