Associate Product Manager
Job Description
- Assist with the long term strategy/vision of FindLaw's web analytics performance platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute on platform initiatives
- Partner with Product Management on value articulation of existing and new products/services
- Assist with product support including email management and troubleshooting questions from internal users
- Work closely with Technology to create prototypes that enable testing and validation
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements to FindLaw's platforms
- Closely monitor projects, report status to management and act quickly to address issues
- Assist with key initiatives, coordination and execution
- Work with customer-facing teams to gather additional customer feedback and use this to help inform product lifecycle strategy and increase customer adoption and retention
- Lead special projects as determined by management
- Develop and maintain effective relationships across all business functions
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in product management or similar role with highly transferable skills
- Experience with web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of FindLaw's proprietary systems and platforms preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple projects
Knowledge/Skills
- High-energy, positive attitude, passionate, and proven track record of delivering results
- Strong project management capabilities and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience writing customer-facing (internal and external) value propositions and other product documentation
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to meet or exceed project deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify and solve systemic issues
- Familiarity with basic financial modeling and modern web-based marketing technology
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
