IBM Security invites applications for the role of Intern – Product Manager to join our Pune (India) team. In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside Product Managers and Development teams shaping the future of Security technology through an outcome-based internship project helping in the lifecycle and roadmap of our products.
The selected candidates upon successful completion of their internship project will be further evaluated for Associate Product Manager positions across IBM Security.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Intern – Product Manager you will own outcomes. This will include:

• With an outcome-based internship project help define and execute product strategy
• Support Product Managers with strategic management of a product.
• Bring products to life through the entire product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap.
• Identify and address customer needs.
• Track product performance and metrics.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security SaaS/Cloud platforms Analytics and Artificial Learning technologies.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management Threat Intelligence in general Cyber Security trends
• Understanding of product roadmaps end-to-end lifecycles release cadence and support.
• Familiarity in Product Management or Agile based methodologies
• A deep passion for innovation and creating data-backed solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good to have – Pursuing MBA course from reputed institute.
• Experience in customer-driven usability and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
