At CertifID, the role of Associate Product Manager offers a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team at a Series B SaaS company where you will play a pivotal role in advancing our product to the next level of growth. Your mission is to contribute to our product’s success by gaining a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends and competitive dynamics.
In collaboration with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to product enhancements and execution using customer insights, data, research findings and market opportunities. Your role involves participation in the entire product development journey, with the opportunity to foster innovation while applying contemporary product management methodologies.
Product Optimization Responsibilities
- Analyze, quantify, and prioritize items from the backlog of both bugs and optimization requests, ensuring a streamlined and efficient product development process.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to reduce support volume effectively, improve overall product performance and user experience.
Stakeholder Engagement Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including title companies and law firms, under mentorship.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to identify opportunities for incorporating stakeholder insights into product enhancements.
- Aim to drive better product adoption, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance transparency through collaborations.
Fraud Prevention Efficacy Responsibilities
- Work under guidance to actively contribute to product enhancements focused on strengthening wire fraud prevention in real estate transactions.
- Collaborate closely with the team to acquire knowledge and provide support in initiatives that aim to boost the number of protected transactions and enhance customer retention.
Growth Opportunities Responsibilities
- Strive to make a lasting impact by contributing to the expansion of market share and the growth of Monthly Active Customers over time.
-Leverage new growth opportunities within the real estate and settlement services.
Continuous Discovery Responsibilities
- Engage with and support the team's ongoing discovery process to uncover customer insights and needs.
- Collect, analyze and assist in the regular incorporation of customer feedback into our product development efforts.
- Contribute to enriching the product's alignment with customer needs over time. You will have a hands-on role in building and refining the product.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a product management, engineering, product design or related role, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools, as well as a keen eye for design.
- A passion for technology and a deep understanding of SaaS products and the industry, with an innate curiosity for emerging trends and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into tech-enabled processes to develop innovative solutions
- You have deep customer empathy, understanding and championing their needs across the organization.
- Demonstrates remarkable agility and adaptability, with a unique ability to expertly simplify and bring structure to complex and ambiguous situations
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner with a strong attention to detail. You should be eager to take on new challenges and continuously learn and improve.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and adaptable, with a strong willingness to grow and improve in both individual and team capacities
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Excited and curious about new technologies, and how they can be applied to build great consumer products that delivers lasting value

Base Compensation Range: $80,000-$125,000 DOE
