Associate Product Manager

We are looking for an associate product manager who is eager to shoulder the responsibility to build great products, and shape the future of finance powered by Bitcoin. Our product organization is fast-paced, client-oriented, and above all focused on building products to last generations. We need self-starters, seeking growth and mentorship, who are excited to work cross functionally to will their vision into existence. For this role you will be working on our consumer river.com product offerings ranging from our brokerage, custody, and financial services solutions. You will build best-in-class features and products for our clients and bring the best of Bitcoin to the world. 

What you will do

• Own features and products for the full life-cycle through inception, requirements gathering, launch, growth, and refinement
• Work cross-functionally across product, engineering, design and other internal teams to plan and ship new products and optimizations
• Analyze data, user feedback, market insights, and research to guide product development
• Define key metrics and goals for product success
• Align teams and resources required to execute the product roadmap

Salary and benefits 

• Salary range is $90,000 - $130,000 dependent on experience

Interview Process 

• Screening Video Call (30 minutes)
• Role specific interview block (1.5 hour with 2 River employees)
• Culture & Executive Interview (1 hour block with 2 River employees)
