Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be a key member of a team leading a bold product vision and roadmap for Kiteworks. We are looking for a candidate with the ability to solve difficult problems in a dynamic and demanding business environment.

You will need to form a deep understanding of Kiteworks Core capabilities for Search, Reporting, Logging, Telemetry, and Software Updates. You will have the opportunity to drive new product ideas, working with Engineering to develop effective solutions to these ideas, clearly articulate their value, and deliver them as enterprise grade solutions for the Kiteworks customer base in a rapidly moving, innovative environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in product management, is data-driven, has a passion for innovation aimed at meaningful business goals, enjoys collaborating with likeminded team members, is an effective communicator and most importantly someone who has a passion for building products that delight customers.

What You Will Do:

• Create business strategies, product roadmap and release plans as they relate to Kiteworks Core technology Search, Reporting, Logging, Telemetry, and Software Updates.
• Work with Engineering to form elegant and effective technological solutions.
• Define business use cases for potential roadmap items.
• Write specifications, prioritize features, build consensus on product goals with the Product team, Engineering, and QA.
• Work with teams across the globe. Communicate regularly with PM and Engineering and QA to strategize, plan, and build products.
• Train sales, sales engineering, and support engineering on newly introduced features.

What You Bring With You:

• Experience designing simple and intuitive solutions.
• Experience with agile software development processes.
• Aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple, time sensitive projects and activities simultaneously.
