Associate Product Manager, Pico

The PICO Product Manager position is responsible for overseeing the commercial deployment of brand messages and tactics of the PICO single-use negative pressure portfolio. They will partner with Brand Director and other members of the team to develop overarching brand strategy and manage daily operations of PICO portfolio. This includes:

• Developing an enhanced messaging platform across multiple sites of care (acute and post-acute).
• Working with Promotional Review Committee (PRC) to create and approve promotional materials
• Working with Sales Training Team and key members of the field sales force to develop

• Execute short term tactical plans related to Field Sales Force activities
• Working with commercial access team, to enhance formulary and provide reimbursement support and training to sales force
• Partnering with Market Research and Sales Operations groups to develop important brand KPIs, analyze data, and develop insights
• Managing related agency and/or vendor relationships, timelines, and budgets

• Support customer care and field sales in execution of customer evaluations
• Support new product development and commercialization efforts

Education:

• Bachelors Degree required

Experience:

• 1+ years Sales and/or Marketing experience, medical device preferred
• Advanced wound care is a plus
