Your Role: As an Associate Project Manager in Product Delivery, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth through the development of top-tier digital experiences that incorporate strong underwriting strategies. You will be responsible for driving the successful research, design, requirements, and delivery of various projects aimed at enhancing the digital insurance quote/bind/bundle experience across multiple personal lines products. As well as collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives.
Your work:
Digital Experiences
- Lead competitive analysis and drives understanding of digital consumer behavior for multiple personal lines products.
- Monitor digital experience performance (e.g., conversion rates, mix of business, and financials), helps develop/improve reporting, and manages up on key issues or emerging trends.
- Monitor defects and partners with IT to manage defects to resolution.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and partners across the company to develop and deploy solutions.
- Develop new digital experience enhancements and A/B test criteria based on knowledge of products, consumers, technology, and competition.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder meetings and communicate project progress effectively.
- Collaborate with different teams, including Product Design, Marketing, State Management, IT, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Deliver experiences that delight the customer base.
Strategic Innovation and Leadership
- Stay up to date with understanding the industry perspective, emerging technologies, and key competitors.
- Research vendors and strategic partnerships to further innovation and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline process, implement advanced technologies, and enhanced risk assessment methodologies.
- Provide thought leadership and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Interact directly with highest levels of leadership in the company.
Market Execution
- Assist and leads digital experience implementations.
- Develop final recommendations effective achievement of objectives.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication in partnership with Change Management.
- Monitor performance in direct-to-consumer channel to understand conversion rates, quality of business written, and financial performance.
Required Experience, Education and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related area (Marketing, business, or a related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of professional product management/analytical experience working with insurance products or consumer product/services.
- In-depth knowledge of product management, marketing strategy and principles, and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of the digital insurance quote/bind/bundle experiences, competitor experiences, and market trends and opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent business and technical writing skills (e.g., proposals, presentations, business requirements, Microsoft Office).
- Extensive financial analysis experience - skilled in budgets, cost estimates, cost benefit analysis, and reporting.
- Expert knowledge in project management techniques and processes.
- Effective communication, presentation, negotiation, problem solving, and persuasion skills.

- Advanced degree in related field and/or CPCU designation
- Proficiency with digital performance tools such as Mixpanel and Quantum Metric.
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Visual Basic, Power BI and various structured analysis and design techniques.

- Lives into cultural norms (e.g., willing to have cameras when it matters: helping onboard new team members, building relationships, etc.).
- Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings.

The national average salary range for this position is $110,000 -$123,000. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $99,000-$147,000. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 10% of eligible pay.
