Associate Product Manager - Investment Advice

As the Associate Product Manager for the Advice and Planning Platform team, this role must partner with key stakeholders responsible for delivering planning and advice to participants and clients to deliver efficiencies that enable solutions consistent with TIAA points of view. This role is responsible for supporting product management and development projects related to the advice and planning platform and will work within an Agile framework.

End to end responsibilities require interaction with leaders and employees at various levels to ensure solutions continue to meet the needs of the organization and provides opportunity for efficient growth.

This position requires strong IT relationship building skills, Agile feature/story development, and coordination across multiple business, technical and communication groups. The associate product manager should understand advice and planning domain areas such as planning probability simulations, portfolio and asset allocation recommending/rebalancing, and client planning/proposal reporting.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assists with the development, maintenance and potentially delivery of content regarding the platform.
• Gathering product requirements.
• Preparing feature level details and story development.
• User acceptance testing.
• Monitoring and driving adoption of features and capabilities of the advice and planning platform in support of strategic business priorities.

Base Pay Range: $84,750/yr. - $141,250/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
