Associate Product Manager - Remote

Summary
Global Investment companies (GIC) business is the leading provider of regulatory disclosure and shareholder communications for mutual funds, alternative investment funds, and investment-insurance companies. We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Product Manager for our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing viability of feature sets and applications related to Donnelley Financial Solution's ArcSuite products. This role will collaborate with business partners to analyze business needs and create clear roadmaps that advance the business strategy of the platforms.
Responsibilities
The Associate Product Manager will work closely with business partners and engineers to drive day-to-day deliverables and execute strategic direction. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as product expert, understand user workflow; and work with engineering to deliver on commitments
• Manage backlog to ensure the readiness of user stories for the upcoming sprint and create clear and actionable acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize enhancements, new features, and defect handling
• Monitor performance of features and continually iterate for a better client experience
• Analyzes data to ensure features are aligned with product goals/objectives
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding business needs, application features, and updates
• Demonstrated experience in successfully launching SaaS solutions to a B2B market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant experience
• Excellent written, verbal, web, and face-to-face communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives
• Ability to perform data analysis and run SQL queries to retrieve data from various databases
• Strong understanding of application integration and API connectivity
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, ceremonies, and software
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or a similar platform
• Positive nature, enthusiasm, motivation, and a desire for continuous improvement

Additional Qualifications

• Nice to have: CSPO or CSM certification
• Backgrounds in any of the following areas is a significant plus:
  • B2B SaaS applications

  • Risk and Compliance
