We are on a mission to build the infrastructure that propels access, inclusion, and the democratization of financial services. The reason for this success is simple – our nimble and collaborative family culture lives in every member of our growing team. Together we are at the forefront of technology and innovation, and we invite passionate, collaborative, and motivated high performers to join our expanding team.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our team and participate in a unique rotation program. This role is designed to provide exposure to key areas in fintech including Bank Rails, Digital Lending, Card Issuing, Card Payments, Accounts, and Acquiring BIN Sponsorship.
If you’re passionate about learning the ins and outs of fintech and developing foundation skills in product management, this role is for you. No prior product management experience is required—just a hunger to learn, eagerness to contribute, and a positive, self-motivated attitude.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in fintech and make an impact while learning from a team that’s shaping the future of fintech. After the rotation, the APM will join a team based on need.
Responsibilities:
- Rotate across our product areas to gain comprehensive knowledge before joining a specific product area (rotations are expected to be 3-6 months each).
- Collaborate with product managers to support end-to-end execution of product initiatives.
- Assist in writing product requirements, conducting stakeholder meetings, and tracking progress.
- Helping support customer discovery efforts to understand the needs of fintech customers and contribute to client centric solutions.
- Assist in OKR and metrics tracking. Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build an understanding of regulatory, compliance, and operation considerations in banking, payments, and lending.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, contributing ideas to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- No prior product management or fintech experience necessary, but a passion and curiosity for fintech and product management are essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across PMs and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a willingness to share ideas, ask questions, and ask for feedback.
- Proactive with a “can-do” attitude and a willingness to take ownership.
- A growth mindset, demonstrating enthusiasm for improvement.
Please note this role is expected to operate onsite at least 3 days a week out of our Fort Lee, NJ headquarters.
