Position Summary:
MedscapeLIVE! develops and produces compelling live and virtual educational programs designed to produce behavioral outcomes in a multitude of therapeutic areas. What You'll Do:
  • Manage both short and long-term projects involving multiple team members representing different departments based across multiple time zones globally
  • Use our web-based project management tool to ensure development processes are followed and projects are on time and within budget and specification
  • Schedule and lead project initiation, planning and status meetings and send ongoing communications to the project team and outside partners related to program goals and status
  • Communicate potential project delays and issues and work with senior team members to overcome issues
  • Serve as point of contact for external freelancers/partners to obtain materials necessary to perform project-relates tasks
  • Complete other responsibilities, as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree required; PMI certification a plus
  • Minimum of three years' project and process management experience required; within the publishing, internet technologies, healthcare or medical education environment a plus
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills and possess an eye for details
  • Ability to provide creative solutions independently or within a team dynamic as issues arise
  • Excellent verbal communication, writing, and grammar skills
  • Above average ability to use G-Suite
  • Experience with web-based document sharing sites (such as Box) and web-based project management tools (such as WorkFront) a plus
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, if needed
