Main Objective:

The Learning Program Marketing Manager, Associate will support in the planning and execution of downstream marketing efforts for Arthrex Medical Education programs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Medical Affairs leadership and Arthrex stakeholders to develop and manage visual communications and business presentations
• Help storyboard narratives, and then translate them into unforgettable, on-brand visual communications for short and long-form content
• Build and support internal communication strategies for department leaders
• Distill complex and abstract concepts to emphasize key messages with infographics, diagrams, animations, icons, graphics, charts, photography, and illustrations
• Support the development of educational marketing collateral
• Ensure content adheres to AMA (American Medical Association), AP, and Arthrex style standards
• Maintain the utmost discretion with highly confidential and sensitive information
• Work closely with Medical Affairs leadership and Arthrex stakeholders to support the development, promotional planning, and execution for learning programs
• Work closely with Medical Education leadership and Arthrex stakeholders to set priorities for promotional focus and efforts to best allocate resources
• Support the development of marketing plans that include targeting, value proposition, key messaging, market analysis, competitive analysis, promotional planning, marketing asset development, and digital and web strategy for each learning program
• Support the development of promotional launch plans for new learning programs including key messaging, photography, videos, marketing materials, and ads
• Support creative direction on campaigns, marketing materials, ads, etc. and review and communicate campaign messaging and strategy regularly with the stakeholders for key initiatives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to effectively move assets through the review and approval process in the MRM system

Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge of industry practices and proficiency with digital marketing tools or software
• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral, written, and business communications skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customer concerns or objections
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
• Skilled in working with diverse groups and effectively coordinates their activities to achieve desired results
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent tasks/projects on time and deliver quality results
• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Highly discrete individual who can handle sensitive and confidential information

Experience:

• 1 year experience in administration, graphic design, or marketing is preferred.
• 1 year of developing visual communications or business presentations is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business administration, marketing, or graphic design.
