As the Associate, you will have primary responsibility for keeping our client vehicles legal and on the road by renewing registrations for vehicles that require renewal. You will pull reports for upcoming renewals, follow up with agents to keep timelines set, counsel vendors on expectations, and control processes to make sure client expectations are being met.
A Day in the Life
- Validate transactions and obtain State required pre-requisites and attach documents in the Title Quest record.
- Become a subject matter expert in assigned states for all titling functions.
- Effectively manage state portfolio for all type of units required; provides analysis, and recommendations in support of titling process.
- Facilitate the maintenance of a title through the life of the vehicle which may include processing, buy lease backs, ownership transfers, title corrections, duplicate titles, lease assumption, corporate name changes, and transaction follow up.
- Follow Title Management Processing procedures when processing each type of transaction. This may also include title management projects where multiple units for one client need processing and collaboration of employee and project team will be necessary to accomplish goals.
- Establish and manage relationships with internal/external clients and with independent external agencies (tag agents, dealers) to facilitate the title & registration vehicle transaction processing.
- Resolve issues that arise through the Sales Force tasking tool or email accurately based on urgency and priority.
- Assist other team members as needed with their assigned work to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved this is done by monitoring title quest queue based on assigned region and leveraging capacity where needed to assist in team goal.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, 2- or 4-year degree preferred
- Process Management Experience
- Customer Service Experience
- MS Office - proficient in the following
- Excel - ability to add data to cells, use functions, sort data
- Word - ability to create documents
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving ability
- Ability to acquire/retain information related to different state requirements
