Associate Project Manager

We are looking to hire an Associate Project Manager to assess and improve business and clinician-facing processes in an effort to transfer these workflows to our BPO team. Reporting to our Operations Business Excellence Manager, the Associate Project Manager will help scale services across the company, enabling internal teams to continue to deliver the best experience to nurses and aides across the country.

You will…

• Track metrics to identify areas for improvement and execute opportunities for process improvement that streamline service delivery and enhance the clinician experience
• Collaborate with internal SMEs to improve and scale the operations of The Clinician Experience team by transferring transactional workflows to our Business Processing Organization (BPO)
• Support cross-functional projects between product, operations, and support teams and other applicable stakeholders
• Document policies and procedures for internal and external teams
• Review and build reports that measure the performance of workflows implemented
• Optimize productivity by designing, and implementing new processes which can be leveraged by our BPO
• Communicate KPIs to stakeholders regularly and become the triage point for BPO processes, old and new

You have…

• Understanding of scaling processes and systems that support efficient product-led growth
• Experience and comfort with managing multiple projects
• Expertise with using Excel and other reporting tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to quickly decipher key information
• The desire to work in a scrappy, fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity is the norm
