JOB SUMMARY
The Associate, Project Manager oversees end-to-end production and traffic operations within Cresco's in-house creative marketing team, HotBox. This role will execute deliverables requested by our brand, retail, wholesale and events teams. This role is responsible for defining project schedules, scope of projects, and managing them through completion. The scope of work will consist of a mix of B2B and Consumer channels that includes collateral, posters/signage, advertising, OOH, POP and merchandising displays, packaging, renderings, presentations and corporate requests.
CORE JOB DUTIESÂ
- Create project timelines depending on project size to clearly identify all steps leading up to major project milestones and final deadline(s)
- Create, update, and manage storage of all required project documents and files
- Identify and align all required resources and /or spearhead requests for additional resource needs
- Create and distribute Kick Off information documents
- Support creation of briefs and subsequent briefings
- Schedule internal meetings and take meeting notes
- Create and update Work Forecast documents
- Track project steps towards completion and hours spent by the creative team
- Monitor team progress and needs closely to keep the project on track and on schedule. Adjust project timelines / track deliverables / filter and translate feedback.
- Route creative deliverables for review and approval
- Manage print production timelines
- Escalate issues / concerns relating to the project to the leadership
- Support PM team’s greater goals with administrative tasks
- Ensure changing resource and project requirements are communicated to all members of the creative team
- Adhere to agency process and identify ways to improve processes

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLSÂ Â
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of project management experience in an advertising agencyÂ
- Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
- MS Office experience and knowledge/ previous experience using Project Management software tools and techniques
- The ability to multitask well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing small and medium scale project implementations from start to finish
- Experience and a comfort level with direct client interactions and relationship building.
