Associate Project Manager

Requirements

The Associate Project Manager is a critical role within our ecosystem. You will work closely with a variety of colleagues across the organization to answer questions around our service offering, triage and assign tickets to Event Services Project Managers, coordinate support services with our Director of Support along with special projects as assigned. It is fast paced, allows you to think outside the box when needed, ultimately providing our customers with exceptional service. This role is evolving and may be responsible for contracting services in Salesforce.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with our team of Event Services Project Managers (ESPM), manage the ticket queue and triage of new tickets as they come in through Salesforce
• Triage critical information is contained within the ticket before assigning to the ESPM.
• Own the coordination regarding availability of Support Services with our Director of Support. 
• Oversee and manage the creation of slack channels for our customers for day of event support service.
• Knowledgeable of our service offering
• Create contracts in Salesforce 
• Coordinate badge sample delivery to our customers
• Optimize processes to improve overall experience with the service offering
• Track completion of projects and reconcile Service Delivery Bundles 
• Maintain a high degree of service satisfaction as measured through Bizzabo’s CSAT and NPS Score
• Up to 10% of travel may be required 

Who you are:

• You have a strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
• You have 1-2 years of experience with in-person events and know the operational challenges of events 
• You have a minimum of 1-2 years of project management or similar experience
• You have a working knowledge of Salesforce 
• You build strong relationships with business teams and customers
• You display initiative and take a proactive approach at finding ways to remove barriers 
• You thrive in a fast paced (sometimes stressful) real-time environment
