Ready to be a Titan?
As an Associate Operations Manager of Market Group Operations at ServiceTitan, you'll be supporting our Commercial and Construction Market Group (Comm+) teams through managing operational cadences, tracking cross-functional projects, and ensuring the Market Group goals are hit quarter over quarter. You'll assist in planning, executing, and closing cross-functional projects within budget, scope, and timeline. You'll partner with the Market Group Leadership team to align project goals with company objectives and executive leadership strategies. You'll assist in analyzing business metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
What you'll do:
  • Manage projects and operations to drive impact:
    • Assist in running weekly operations for the market group
    • Establish project goals, plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership for cross functional initiatives
    • Facilitate project meetings, ensure all project documentation is up to date and accurate
    • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, as well as proactively address issues that may arise
  • Participate in strategic planning
    • Assist in conducting quarterly and annual cross-functional fiscal planning sessions to align KPIs and goals with company objectives
    • Prepare presentations and documents for senior and executive leadership
  • Assist in having us be more data driven:
    • Analyze business metrics to inform strategic decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure objectives/projects success.
  • Focus on driving revenue growth:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to increase pipeline and bookings through multiple initiatives

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Must have 1-3 years of experience managing projects in a cross functional environment
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and organizational budgets.
  • Experience with strategic cross-functional planning and analyzing business metrics.
  • Experience working with marketing and sales teams to improve pipeline and bookings.
  • Experience preparing presentations and documents for executive leadership to align cross functional project goals with company objectives and strategies.
  • Must be comfortable in an unstructured environment that deals with ambiguity and requires creative problem solving
  • Must be able to drive leadership across projects without direct authority
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Proficiency in project management software tools such as Google Suite, Asana, Confluence/JIRA

A plus if you have
  • Knowledge of trade services industries such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Experience working in marketing or sales related positions
  • Experience with software development/SaaS or educational equivalent
  • Experience with data insight tools such as Tableau to help present findings and drive business prioritization/decision making in a data driven way

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $58,000 - $84,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
