We are looking for a bri ght and motivated individual to join our Creative team as a Marketing Creative, Project Manager. Reporting to the Sr. Art Manager, Marketing Creative, you will work cross-functionally with PMMs and project owners to ensure smooth delivery of marketing material. You will be encouraged to soak up all the marketing insights you can handle and assist with data wrangling of top performing creative, from the Media team, while working with a highly talented & welcoming group of creative individuals.
Salary Range for this position is as follows:

• Starting Salary Range: $57,000 - $74,000 with short term incentives
• Full Salary Range: $57,000 - $90,000 with short term incentives

Your XP , Badges and Skill Tree

• 1 + years of experience in a fast-paced technology or agency environment
• Associate or Bachelors' Degree
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Display a bility to be a self-starter
• Highly organized and self-directed; able to keep on an assigned track with supervision
• Deadline driven and detail-oriented, a strategic thinker who also has a high attention to detail

Other Superpower s and Abilities

• 1+ years of experience in J IRA and Confluence
• 1+ years of p roject management experience

Your Mission

• Manag e the campaign project process in JIRA with the Art Manager
• Maintain schedule for deadlines and overlapping projects
• Maintain and update confluence team process documentation and creative archive (DAM)
• Provid e support to team members as needed
• Coordinate , collaborate , and communicat e with multiple teams across the department

If you're a grace under pressure who ha s the ability to switch gears in real time this is the role for you. You are a champion for projects and what is needed to be delivered. You will be supporting the Marketing Creative team with your solid common sense and great sense of humor!
