Associate Project Manager- SYNAPTIK DIGITAL - US

Our success has led to continued expansion both in the range of services we offer and our global presence. We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Associate Project Manager. 

The Associate Project Manager will assist with coordinating and planning of resources and projects across the Creative and Development teams. They will play an integral role by managing projects, facilitating effective communication with team members and stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are expedited through the pipeline. Project types include but are not limited to: presentations, websites, kiosks, banners, emails, print, 3D CGI, AR/VR, and video.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with project intake, resourcing, and initiation
• Gathering project requirements, developing schedules, and managing internal workflows
• Developing, building, and growing relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external clients
• Coordinating communications across internal and external team members
• Contributing to on-going improvement of internal processes to allow for smooth execution of projects and improved efficiency across departments
• A desire to learn about emerging technologies and production processes

Education/Work Experience/Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2+ years  work experience as a project manager or project coordinator
• Creative, digital, or production agency experience is a plus
• Proactive self-starter with solid organizational and communication skills
• A team player with ability to collaborate well across disciplines
• Self starter with solid organizational, project coordination skills and time management
• Ability to take input from team members and turn into actionable next steps
• Excellent interpersonal skills/team player with ability to collaborate well within deadline-sensitive situations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of the print and digital creative and production process
