Associate, Provider Services Medical Director Liaison

Role Description:
The purpose of the Medical Director Liaison role is to engage Medical Directors in building strong clinical teams across the organization. By working closely with our medical leadership, the Medical Director Liaison will help to identify qualified provider candidates for open roles and develop strategies to develop and nurture relationships with various training programs (e.g. residencies) and individuals in their provider networks.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Regional and Divisional leaders to execute provider hiring in various markets
- Assist in meeting physician and nurse practitioner recruitment needs and fulfilling recruitment strategy
- Meet with all Senior Medical Directors (SMD) twice per year. Role will require travel to SMD sites across our various states
- Meet with all Medical Directors once per year
- Build strategy deck to deliver to Senior Medical Directors/Medical Directors
- Reports to the Senior Director of Provider Services
- Other duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
- Travel about 50% of the time
- Recruiting experience (medical-related recruiting is preferred).
- This position requires a high attention to detail and creativity.
- Must be comfortable with some cold-calling and prospecting in a sales or business development environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- US Work Authorization
