Job Description
Under the supervision of a U.S. based Manager, with mentoring from peer Specialists and Coordinators, provide administrative and project support to assigned analysts to maintain the analysts' efficiency and effectiveness. The environment is fast-paced and blends the combination of collaborative interactions and independent work.
What you'll do:
- Provide administrative and professional best practice services and support to increase expert effectiveness
- Proactively schedule calls and manage calendars for up to 20+ expert
- Provide office support for expert(s), including travel & expense management
- Work independently to create reports, coordinate meetings, and support research documents
- Work collaboratively on projects (as assigned by manager)
- Assist with ad hoc project support, e.g. conference / event coordination and other special assignments
- Partner with various departments to improve the timeliness and quality of published research and presentation
What you'll need:
- Associate degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Understanding and usage of databases, analysis tools (standard reporting tools is a plus)
- Experience in an extremely fast paced work environment would be an advantage - preferably in Research, Marketing, or account/client service

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 41,600 USD - 59,800 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
