About the Job
Infillion is seeking a Publisher Success Manager to join our team. Our Publisher Success group is responsible for being experts in our publishers’ businesses and various processes that support Infillion supply while ensuring exceptional service to our publishers and partners.
Major Performance Objectives
- Responsible for 50% of the existing publisher book of business. Manage publisher inventory from the post-integration phase to daily supply monitoring, through to optimization of user experience, managing the publisher relationship and conducting supply analysis. Maintaining 100% compliance across all publishers.
- Maintain service license agreement compliance of 100% for all quality assurance issues with publishers and coordinate resolution of integration maintenance/issues/bugs brought to our attention by partners and vendors including fraud and delivery.
- Create two new publisher decks per quarters to support new publishers and to support new partnerships as well as publisher sales efforts.
- Manage the publisher integration and operations processes coordinating with external/internal teams to execute
What you’ll do:
- Day-to-day management of key publishers
- Acquire knowledge and be conversant in publisher business goals and processes
- Demonstrate confidence and authority as a representative of key publishers
- Work closely with Ad Ops, Product, and other internal teams to ensure the success of integrations and quarterly delivery goals
- Manage creative approvals for campaigns launching across the publisher network as well as regular reporting and coordinate publishers’ access to (and education of) Infillion reporting metrics, dashboards, and APIs
- Incorporate senior management and other departments as project objectives and issues warrant
- Work closely with the Director, VP, & SVP of Business Development team to scope new publishers/partners and maintain existing relationships
- Attend client meetings as needed while recording takeaways and deliverables
- Support publisher direct-sales in coordination with Account Management and Creative Studio

What you have:
- 1-3 years’ experience at an advertising agency or digital publisher
- Strong understanding of interactive advertising technologies and trends
- Strategic and creative thinking skills, proactive, thorough and accurate
- Able to prioritize, organize and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word as well as experience with Salesforce and Tableau
- Professional approach in client management/services
- The drive to go above and beyond to deliver for our clients
- Experience in digital marketing and/or advertising
