As part of our Talent Acquisition Team, you are deeply committed to providing customer-centered care and outstanding service delivered with respect.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing critical administrative support to Talent Acquisition Recruiters
• Managing candidate communication
• Processing references and background checks for new hires and facilitating the pre-employment and onboarding processes
• Providing logistical and administrative support and tracking and reporting process metrics to ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Providing research support and recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activities

Your exceptional skills and qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources, Sales, or Marketing
• Experience managing data within applicant tracking, HRIS systems, and Excel preferred
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to utilize sourcing tolls and advertise leadership opportunities in a manner that attracts target audience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
