As part of our Talent Acquisition Team, you are deeply committed to providing customer-centered care and outstanding service delivered with respect.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing critical administrative support to Talent Acquisition Recruiters
- Managing candidate communication
- Processing references and background checks for new hires and facilitating the pre-employment and onboarding processes
- Providing logistical and administrative support and tracking and reporting process metrics to ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Providing research support and recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activities
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources, Sales, or Marketing
- Experience managing data within applicant tracking, HRIS systems, and Excel preferred
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to utilize sourcing tolls and advertise leadership opportunities in a manner that attracts target audience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
