Associate Recruiter
Job Description
Scythe Robotics is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Associate Recruiter who will help drive team growth across the organization. As an Associate Recruiter, you will work closely with the People Team and other business stakeholders, to ensure we provide a world-class candidate experience all while facilitating the hiring process and helping us land top tier talent. The best candidates will draw on their ability to quickly build rapport internally and externally, “see around corners” and leverage previous troubleshooting experience to keep the interview process moving. This individual should also be exceptional at scheduling and coordinating logistics, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have a keen focus on delivering business results.
As an Associate Recruiter based out of our Colorado office, you will work in concert with teammates from across the company to secure the best and brightest to the organization. We expect you to thrive in a fast-paced, self-managed environment, and to be a collaborative, low-ego teammate who helps Scythe realize its big mission.
What you’ll do at Scythe Â
- Assist recruitment team in sourcing, posting, resume review and scheduling
- Help facilitate recruitment kickoff meetings and weekly check-ins
- Track metrics/data related to Diversity and Inclusion; holding teams accountable to deliverables
- Own all physical and virtual onsite interview coordination, which includes:
- Setting up candidate travel through company’s travel platform (Navan)
- Communicating with candidates on interview schedule, logistics, etc.
- Ensuring candidates sign our NDA before meeting with the team
- Orchestrating the onsite interviews - Facilitate the welcome/tour, manage schedule changes, order lunch for participants, monitor interview sessions, etc.
- Partner with facilities team to manage conference room usage
- Acquire references and conduct reference checks
- Aid in onboarding preparation

- Applicant Tracking Systems (Scythe utilizes Greenhouse)
- Working in a fast-paced and highly-collaborative startup environment
- Ability to prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative

- Recruiting and sourcing for technical engineering talent
- Drafted job descriptions
- ATS analytics
- Leveraged social media platforms to tap into new pools of candidates
- Other HR related work

Scythe is a total compensation company, which provides employees a comprehensive salary, equity, and benefit package. However, only the minimum salary amounts are listed here. Scythe carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including education, years of experience, competencies and other relevant business considerations. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary along with your compensation mode preferences. The Associate Recruiter position has an expected minimum hourly rate of $22. The actual pay may be higher depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Equity and benefits packages are NOT included in this estimate. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.
