Regional Business Associate

The Regional Business Associate is responsible for supporting the Regional teams through continual process improvement and a focus on scalability and execution. This position reports centrally to the Operations Enablement Manager but works closely with Regional leadership.

Essential Functions

  • Support Regional operations leadership by successfully navigating a matrixed environment to address operational issues and answer related questions
  • Structures complex ambiguous problems and translates Regional needs to corporate teams 
  • Supports roll-out of central initiatives to the Regions and tracks metrics
  • Provide analytical support to drive clinical and operational OKRs and client needs.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, and develop presentations for both internal and external customers
  • Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to establish the clinical and operations teams as trusted partners
  • Work cross-functionally to help design and implement new standard operational processes and process improvements into the Region, adapting to Regional-specific factors
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Acts as a support resource to administrative team, department managers, and clinical staff.
  • Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline and/or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, operations, and/or with a high-growth healthcare organization or 1 year of project management

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity; desire to be a self-starter
  • Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (Clinical, Technology, Business, Operations)
  • Resourceful and willing to participate in functions to bring processes to end state 
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence change. 
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

Annual Salary Range: $63,600.00-$74,800.00

Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits.  An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines.
