The Associate Regional Director for Nurse Staffing Solutions contributes to our performance in Travel, Local, Crisis, Labor Disruption, and International Nursing. This role will generate client leads through prospecting and initial client outreach and will support high-producing Regional Directors in areas including collaboration with shared services, activities in Salesforce, and other aspects of the role.
The Associate Regional Director will report to a Divisional Vice President (DVP) of Client Sales, Nurse Staffing Solutions. This position will document activities in Salesforce including Key Performance Indicators and performance metrics and will be measured by meeting and exceeding personal email and call expectations and achieving monthly goals based on business needs.
Job Tasks:
- Demonstrate a high level of personal performance to achieve target goals of client connections and model standard methodology strategies and approaches.
- Update client detail in salesforce on current state, driven/industry information including effective sales/marketing strategies to overcome challenges and increase personal and team critical metrics.
- Facilitate person-to-person introductions between new client contacts and the designated Regional Director to broaden revenue potential on a client-by-client basis.
- Leverage referrals from marketing sources, clients, and networking opportunities to convert more new opportunities for discovery and presentation.
- Develop proactive call strategies with marketing and other team members to align regional sales efforts toward high-value markets and geographies.
- Discovery of the client's current situation, objections, and perceptions of current usage by probing previous experiences to educate how AMN solutions align with their strategy.
- Propose relevant staffing options that address clients' needs by articulating success cases that illustrate how service offerings help handle employment costs, increase the quality of care, and streamline staffing processes.
- Consult with client contacts on the full spectrum of relevant AMN services increasing thought leadership, marketing materials, and sales strategy to introduce cross-selling opportunities to internal sales partners.
- Take action with internal account oversight including due diligence and collaboration with mid- and back-office (billing and collections, credentialing, contracting).
- Assist with various ad-hoc requests such as lists, research, reports review, etc.
- Cover Regional Director desks for time off, conferences, and other coverage needs.
Education, Certifications & Experience
Minimum Education/Certifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relative sales experience and knowledge
Minimum Experience:
- 2-3 Years' experience in client sales engagement, understanding of sales tactics and techniques including LinkedIn, skilled in direct outreach via phone and email. Competence in various technologies both external and internal. Ability to work with many partners both internal and external. Hard-working and personally motivated.
Preferred Experience
- 3 Years of experience inside and outside sales engagement, successful sales of a variety of solutions, ability to navigate negotiation and contracting, and history in technology systems to include extensive Salesforce experience.

Pay Rate
$76,000 - $94,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
