National Interstate Insurance is looking for a Reinsurance Analyst, part of our Graduate Development Program, to join their team. This individual will work a hybrid schedule out of the Richfield, Ohio office.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Utilize various business system applications including SQL to extract large datasets of company information.
• Ensure data integrity through analysis and research.
• Organize and summarize data for reinsurance placements and internal evaluation.
• Communicate with internal customers regarding reinsurance information.
• Create ad hoc reports to assist reinsurance management.
• Prepare ongoing reinsurance compliance projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The program is taking place in June 2025. The role will be expected to work in the Richfield, Ohio office.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Field of Study: Business, Accounting or related discipline.

Experience: Generally, 0 to 3 years of experience in reinsurance or related field.
