Our teams ship often and make an impact with groundbreaking ideas. We're looking for talented people who keep it simple and value collaboration and humility as we continue to create inclusive and high-performing teams where people can be inspired to do their best work.

We’re building the world’s most human financial company using technology to scale the value we provide to our clients and people to add value where only humans can. Sales at Wealthsimple is about serving our clients and helping a generation of Canadians reach their financial goals.

  • Conduct regular assessments and quizzes to evaluate the sales team's knowledge and preparedness ensuring everyone is well-prepared to meet their targets.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive strategic decisions and enhance the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.

  • Act as a bridge between the sales team and other departments ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to succeed.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product IT and Operations to align on enablement initiatives and maintain a smooth flow of information.

  • Explore and implement generative AI capabilities to enhance productivity and knowledge sharing within the sales team.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience β€”3-5 years in Sales Enablement Content Development or a related role with a proven track record of driving successful sales initiatives.
