Associate Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in defining the technology roadmap and implementing foundational technologies and processes across sales, operations, and finance. Critical to the role is the ability to assess information needs, analyze results, and present key findings that support both ZOLL Respicardia's day-to-day operations and long-term growth objectives. This role is a part of the Marketing and Sales Operations teams and works closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Vice President of Global Marketing.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create reports/dashboards and maintains data that supports day-to-day operations and compliance with key policies, procedures, and metrics. Analyze metrics and supports audits of source data
• Assist in the planning, development, modeling, implementation, and reporting of all related data
• Prepare ad hoc and re-occurring reports. Monitors and reports on progress and results as requested
• Create files that include topics related to internal processes and procedural trends in commissions, head count and territory alignment
• Identify opportunities for automation/ technology and translate business needs identified cross-functionally into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops Management to build out the organization's technology roadmap
• Evaluate technology solutions against business requirements and provide strategic, forward-looking recommendations
• Implement new technologies and processes across sales, operations, and finance, fostering employee involvement to enhance teamwork and accountability.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM major with no experience, or an Associate degree or other degree will be considered with equivalent work experience in research, analysis, strategic planning, financial analysis, information systems or related field
• Experience with MS Excel, dataset, programming, querying and reporting design required
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation and flow-charting software preferred
• Proficiency with research-specific, statistical report-writing software preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to analyze, interpret, summarize and communicate
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and strong team attitude
• Must have ability to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
• Ability to travel up to 10% of working hours
