The Associate Sales Support Specialist will be instrumental in addressing the administrative needs of the Sales Support team. This person will work with Sales Support as well as managers across all sales regions to firstly, assist in solving team projects based on business needs which may involve building quotes, sending sample orders, or other administrative tasks, and secondly, provide pipeline management and integrity checks. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, meticulous, organized, flexible, persistent, and detailed. They take a proactive approach to their work and prioritize tasks appropriately. This role reports to the Manager, Sales Support.
**This is a contract position.**
Responsibilities of the Associate Sales Support Specialist:
  • Quality assurance of Salesforce Opportunities and quotes
  • Support pipeline integrity and management as well as system maintenance efforts
  • Provide backup support for the Sales Support team to build price quotes, send sample orders, and special projects for all sales regions as needed
  • Participate in team projects to meet designated deadlines
  • Additional related projects to be assigned as needed

Basic Qualifications of the Associate Sales Support Specialist:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a related field
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Experience maintaining records and accurate documentation of business information
  • Proficient in Mac iOS
  • Experience in Salesforce.com

Preferred Qualifications of the Associate Sales Support Specialist:
  • 1+ years CRM or Salesforce.com experience, Salesforce advanced training preferred
  • 3+ years of professional work experience in the K-12 education space
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work efficiently in a team environment with shared responsibilities
  • Curiosity about improving industry and product knowledge through self-study, training, and experience

**Amplify's COVID-19 vaccination policy requires all staff to provide proof of vaccination for in-person meetings unless an approved exemption is provided.
Compensation: The hourly rate range for this role is $23-$27.
