Associate Salesforce Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders of all titles and levels to turn the needs of the commercial organization into fully baked business requirements
• Document requirements in an Agile focused project management application (Jira)
• Identify gaps or areas for improvement within existing processes
• Work with our SFDC platform team and other technical teams to bring these projects to life
• Perform data loads to insert and update data in Salesforce
• Administer Salesforce Maps
• Test technical solutions created by the development team to verify the functionalities work as expected for end users
• Assist in performing troubleshooting for internal customers
• Assist in creating technical and training documentation
• Occasionally demo solutions to business stakeholders
• Work with teams in multiple time zones asynchronously

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Salesforce (Sales, Service, or Field Service)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with attentive listening skills
• Outstanding teamwork skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lucidchart/Visio or equivalent Google apps
• Ability to manage ambitious timelines while delivering high-quality work, leaving stakeholders eager to collaborate with you again
• Self-starter, excel in time management, and enthusiastic about refining skills through the Agile framework
• Solution oriented mindset
• Desire to command high level of knowledge in SFDC and integrations in the future
