Associate SAP Test Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate SAP Test Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing phases of SAP implementation projects and ensuring that test processes align with project requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement project test strategies
• Plan, prepare and coordinate test phases including functional unit test, integration test, user acceptance test, and regression test
• Create effort estimates and develop test plans
• Define and track test-related work packages
• Conduct test-related risk assessments and assist teams in creating test cases
• Capture test data requirements and coordinate the delivery of test data
• Align test activities across functional teams
• Identify potential for test automation and drive its implementation together with the central unit
• Select, implement, and manage test tools
• Report on test progress and manage defects
• Build, lead, and engage test teams

• 2+ years experience in test management of complex and international software implementation projects
• Expertise in various software development models including waterfall, agile, and hybrid
• Proficiency in using supporting test tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong project management skills and experience leading (sub-)projects or teams
• Knowledge of business processes in at least one SAP module
• An ISTQB certification or equivalent
• Exceptional communication skills and self-confidence in English
• High level of initiative paired with excellent planning and organizational skills

• Additional SAP module knowledge
