This position is part of the Manufacturing & Operations department located in Madison, WI and will be a completely onsite position. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and servicewith the ideal operating environment to lay the groundworkfor vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Biomanufacturing Support Staff and report to the Support Staff Supervisor.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform various laboratory and manufacturing tasks in accordance with Aldevron Standard Operating Procedures
  • Prepare stock solutions and buffers including buffers specific for projects
  • Perform dish washing activities and prepare equipment for purifications process when needed
  • Support bioreactor harvest, media preparation for Upstream manufacturing
  • Perform labeling of manufactured product containers and assist in final bulk dispensing operation under aseptic conditions
  • Demonstrate high ethical standards, good judgement, and trustworthiness

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Associate degree required with 0-2 years experience
  • Standard laboratory skills for a biochemistry or microbiology lab
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Exposure to Protein production process preferred
