Associate Scrum Master

YPrime’s Innovation team is searching for an Associate Scrum Master.  You’ll be based in our Raleigh, North Carolina office.

• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Agile techniques: User stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices
• Ability to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects
• Clear and concise communication, ensuring stakeholders and executives have a clear view of product roadmap

Here are some more details about the job: 

• You'll ensure the correct use of scrum process
• You'll work with product owner to groom product backlogs ahead of upcoming sprints
• You'll organize and facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
• You'll facilitate demo and decision-making processes to ensure visibility into product progress
• You'll work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
• You'll study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
