Associate SharePoint Administrator
Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Associate SharePoint Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering Microsoft SharePoint enterprise environments. The administrator will also be responsible for SharePoint L1 & L2 Support, Support / Admin Content Management, Permissions, SharePoint Governess and Migration PowerShell scripting for task automation, improvements, and debugging of existing scripts.

What you'll do:
• Assist others and/or take responsibility to administer one or more key infrastructure components or services.
• Complete technical work orders; resolve incident tickets; install problem corrections to prevent reoccurrence; upgrade systems to maintain vendor support currency; apply corrective code patches; monitor and tune system components to meet performance, availability, security, continuity, retention, and related requirements.
• Follow standards for change, incident, and problem management to ensure systems and data are secured and operated in accordance with retention, legal, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Set and monitor technical thresholds to ensure components operate to meet service objectives consistently.
• Maintain consistent, quality documentation to meet ongoing operations and continuity requirements.
• Participate in the evaluation of systems solutions.
• Provide 24 hour on call support for infrastructure to support business service levels.
What it takes to join us:
- Associate degree or 2 years relevant experience required.
- Must have skills supporting one or more of the following key enterprise infrastructure services or technology platforms: application computing platforms, middleware technologies, security infrastructure technologies, and/or scheduling services, Microsoft office 365.
- SharePoint Experience required.
- Must have analytical and problem-solving skills, logical information organization skills.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Maintain knowledge and skills current in alignment with industry technology developments.
- On-call responsibility to support network 24/7.
- Oral and written communication skills as appropriate for this position.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
