Summary:

Provides support for site contract and budget activities for all assigned projects in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines/requirements, Highline Sciences Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project specific plans. Provides administrative support for the Site Contract and Budgets team and the Regulatory Affairs and Investigator Services department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contract administration which includes compiling site contacts for assigned studies, preparing the approved contract and budget templates for dissemination to sites.  May include outreach to sites on behalf of the Sr. Associate/Sr. Manager.
  • Maintains tracking (CTMS) of site contracts and budgets status and provides regular updates to the Sr. Associate/Sr. Manager
  • Internal point of contact for incoming CTA and budget negotiations.
  • Initial review of CTA/budget for QC (verifying correct parties, formatting, spelling/grammar, pagination, general document housekeeping) and centrally filing documents.
  • Proactively communicates updates on contract and budget status and workflow progress to Sr. Associate/Sr. Manager and other internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Maintains close communication with Manager/Senior Manager, Regulatory Operations to compile and distribute final documents.
  • Manage execution (including signature process) of contracts with sites, investigators, and other project-related contracts as applicable.
  • May support additional site start-up tasks, where necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • May involve travel (rare).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school/secondary level education required.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to efficiently follow instructions, perform multiple tasks and manage changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 year experience of previous related CRO or Pharma experience highly 
    preferred
