Your day at NTT DATA

The Associate Software Development Engineer is an entry level subject matter expert, tasked with assisting with designing, developing, and testing software systems, modules, or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.
This role is accountable for assisting with for detailed design for certain modules/sub-systems, doing prototype for multi-vendor infrastructure, and showcasing it internally or externally to clients.
This role designs and develops functionality in a micro-services environment working with APIs, telemetry data, and running ML/AI algorithms on it, working with both structured and unstructured data.

• Build Rapid prototypes and do proof of concepts (PoC) in one or all the following areas: LLM, NLP,

• ·Stay informed about the latest advancements in Gen AI, machine learning, and AI technologies to optimize our technical stack.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals preferred.
• Relevant agile certifications preferred.

Required Experience:

2-3yrs experience with AI technology and Azure cloud services, Cognitive services (AI, ML, LLM, algorithm), Python, NLP, Generative AI.

·Must have: Cloud platform experience particularly Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI service and Github copilot,

·Hands on development of GenAI solutions using Microsoft Azure platform with strong understanding of Open AI (Chat GPT, GPT, Chatbot)

·Proficiency in programming languages such as Python , SQL, packages like Streamlit, Chainlit etc.

·Experience with NodeJS and one of Front end programming languages like REACT/Angular is must

·Working knowledge of orchestration frameworks like Langchain, LanGraph Llama Index,

·Conceptual understanding of Vector DBs like PineCone etc.

·Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques.

·Build Rapid prototypes and do proof of concepts (PoC) in one or all the following areas: LLM, NLP,

·Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to evaluate and optimize prompts

·Stay informed about the latest advancements in Gen AI, machine learning, and AI technologies to optimize our technical stack.

18 months to 24 months of  experience with AI technology and Azure cloud services, Cognitive services (AI, ML, LLM, algorithm), Python, NLP, Generative AI.
