Associate Software Engineer

What you Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience
• A desire to remove friction and expedite the hiring process to enable candidates to be hired faster
• An understanding of engineering principles across Backend, Full-Stack, Data Engineering, or DevOps areas

What You’ll Do:

• Gain real world experience with web APIs and see how we build microservices to scale
• Collaborate with your team to design and implement crucial features for fairer, faster, and more accurate background checks
• Gain mentorship from seasoned engineers
• Write quality code with testing and documentation in mind
• Build integrations with crucial data providers and partners

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with Colorado law, the base salary for this role if filled within Colorado is $109,098-$128,350.
