What You Will Do:

• Support innovation through creative application of software and hardware development

• Develop specified Front-End and/or Back-End application components or enhancements, as needed to help enable business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Deliver technical solutions for projects leveraging agile project management methodologies; ensure code quality through unit testing and collaboration with quality engineers
• Work collaboratively with IT teams, business functions, external vendors, and contract resources to deliver project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Possible usage of the following programming languages (not limited to): .NET, Angular, SQL, etc.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Passion for technology and willingness to explore and adopt emerging technologies for practical business purposes
• Ability to maintain an upbeat, positive attitude while working with an agile team to develop innovative technical solutions
• Basic knowledge of developing solutions in an object-oriented programming language (e.g. Java, C#, HTML), and modern web languages and frameworks
• Ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing, with various team members in roles that are both technical and non-technical

• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Creativity and problem-solving skills including the ability to identify issues, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
• Ability to articulate and explain coding decisions and collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members around solutions
