Associate Software Engineer (5409)

As Associate Software Engineer, you’ll perform computer programming activities to include coding tasks.  Work involves assisting in analyzing, developing, troubleshooting, and fixing issues; preparing, automating, and deploying cloud solutions; and testing, monitoring, and evolving cloud solutions.

What you’ll do:

• You’ll work in an agile environment as part of a full design and development team, participating in scrum ceremonies, interacting with, and supporting our customers.
• You’ll support the team in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting solutions.
• You’ll prepare technical specifications for solutions to be written, design, code, test, debug, and document solutions.
• You’ll code, test, and debug solutions as outlined by technical and functional requirements.
• You’ll assist in the development of business requirements and perform solution analysis, design, and programming.
• You’ll participate in code reviews to evolve code practices and solution code bases.
• You’ll research cloud technologies to create proof of concepts, prototypes, and MVPs.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and at least one previous internship.
• Excellent understanding of computer algorithms, data structures and communication skills.
• Experience with API development, web application development and data analytics development (via school projects and/or internship experience)
• Experience working with SaaS and PaaS by cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Have an active Secret clearance or the ability obtain
