About this role

BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. seeks Associate, Software Engineer, Trading Systems in New York, NY to contribute to the development of Aladdin's global, multi-asset trading platform. Req's: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: working with programming languages including Java, Python, or JavaScript; utilizing Agile development methodologies; building Order and Execution Management and Trading systems; utilizing message-oriented middleware architecture; and building UI components using Swing and web technologies. For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $128,000 - $145,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
